Grown on a real compost farm · Greenwich, NY · Built on Claude

You built the mission. Nobody built the backend.

Well-intentioned and under-built is the normal condition of regenerative business. Every dollar went to the mission; the office went to midnight. This is the missing layer: a complete AI operator that runs from a folder on your own computer. You talk. It works. Nothing sends and no money moves without your okay.

Helping you help the Earth. Now with a back office.

That is what fifteen months of Loving Earth OS surfaced in my own business: money misbooked, unbilled, double-expensed, or quietly leaking. It started with the very first receivables audit, which crossed my inbox against my delivery tracker and found four delivered orders that had never been billed at all. I wasn't careless. I was the driver, the bookkeeper, the salesperson, and the collections department, all at once.

That total is more than I paid myself all year, and none of it was hidden. Every dollar sat in a gap between two systems that each said everything was fine. If you run your business with 50+ customers and no office manager, you almost certainly have this leak. We'll put your number on the screen the day we install.

What it's actually done for my farm

2.7x to 3.1x

my owner take-home path: $22.5K actual in 2025 to a $60K to $70K path in 2026 (projected), because found money and honest books compound.

3 days

from idea to a submitted state grant application, structured as a five-county consortium. Awarded September 2025. The plan projects over 2 million pounds diverted annually.

30%

of revenue: how wrong my books were before the audit. A reported $9,868 loss was actually an $18,561 profit. The system caught it.

Every number traces to a system record or dated document, consolidated in the Loving Earth OS proof package, Aug 31, 2026. One earlier claim that failed verification was removed before publication. Honesty is the operating system.

How it works

1We interview, it learns

One conversation about your business: customers, pricing, tools, mission, what eats your time. That becomes your operator's permanent memory.

2It boots knowing everything

Every session starts with a situation report: what's in progress, what's overdue, what needs you. It never asks you to re-explain your own business.

3You approve, it executes

Replies drafted, invoices prepped, grants tracked, impact reported. Everything waits for your yes. You stay the owner; it stays the staff.

Exactly what you receive

No mystery box. Install day ends with all of this on your own computer, working:

📁 The operator · 12 files

Boot file, mission, memory, departments (money + assistant + impact), and the seed that regenerates it all. Yours, on your machine, readable by a human.

🌱 For local farmers: The Farmhand

Spend your daylight on the land, not the ledger. If you farm, your time is the most precious thing on the place. You are out on the land all day, and then the invoices, the billing, and the customer messages get whatever is left of you. Building a profitable farm on top of all that is so hard, and you should not have to do it alone at midnight.

The Farmhand is Loving Earth OS for regenerative, small-scale farms. Half a day at your kitchen table. We set up the three things that eat your time: your invoices and billing, your customer and CSA messages, and one simple money picture that tells you if the farm is profitable. You farm. It does the paperwork.

Farmer workshop seat

$75 /seat

Farmer rate at any workshop. Bring your real farm, leave with your operator running. The starter file is free for every farmer, always.

Why this exists: farms like yours are closing the food loop and bringing food and medicine to their communities. Making this accessible to you is the highest thing we can do with it. Our goal, plainly: healthy local food and land access for all people.

🎁 The seed file: free for everyone, always

One file. You paste it into Claude in an empty folder, answer a short interview about your business, and it builds the starter system by itself: memory, invoicing prep, a dashboard, the works. We give it away because hoarding starves the whole web.

For networks: if you run a farmer network, a food sovereignty organization, a land trust, or a composting coalition, the seed is yours to give to every member, and we will train your own people to run install days themselves so the capacity lives in your community, not with us. We want to decentralize these tools and continue the work of food sovereignty and food justice for all. Write us about your network. That's the whole process.
One rung up, $29: the Gap Audit packages the exact three checks and operator prompts that found the $33,456, as a tool you run on your own books in an afternoon. Get the Gap Audit.

Run a venue, campus, school, or municipality?

That is the institutional door: L.E.S.S. · Loving Earth Sustainable Solutions. Diversion programs, circularity audits, and grant-ready impact reporting, run on the same system that keeps our own books. This season: 243,456 pounds diverted across 184 locations, receipts included.

A note from me

Hope at the piles. Real person, real work.
"This system has genuinely expanded my capacity. It doesn't replace my work or my decisions. It acts like a high-level co-working assistant that helps me move faster, think more clearly, and operate more professionally. I didn't start a compost farm to do data entry at midnight, and now I don't. Whatever your version of the farm is, I want that for you too."

Fair questions

Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. If you can open a folder and type a sentence, you can run this. I'm a farmer, not a programmer, and it runs my whole office. The machinery stays backstage; you see results, not systems.
Where does my data live?
In files on your own computer, under your own Claude account. We don't host it, store it, or see it after install day. Your data is your data. That was my condition too, and we made it a rule.
What does it refuse to do?
Act without you. It never sends an email, files a tax return, gives legal advice, or moves a dollar on its own. It prepares; you approve; professionals handle the regulated parts.
What do I need?
A laptop, a Claude subscription (~$20–100/mo, yours), and three hours on install day.
Isn't AI terrible for the environment? I've heard about the water and the energy.
Some of that is true, and you deserve the honest version, not a brochure. Large data centers do use real water and real electricity, and pretending otherwise would insult you. Here's our actual math: running this system is a few dozen text conversations a week. That footprint is closer to sending emails than to streaming video, and it is a rounding error next to one delivery route's diesel. Against it we weigh what it returns: recovered hours, $33,456 found in our own books, a five-county grant application written in three days and awarded, and a farm that can finally see its impact numbers clearly enough to grow them. We looked at the actual trade-offs and made an empowered decision instead of a fearful one. That is what using a powerful tool ethically looks like to us: measure it, weigh it, point it at regeneration, and stay awake.
Isn't AI taking people's jobs?
In big companies that worry is real and worth watching, honestly. On farms and mission businesses like mine, there was never an office staff to displace. The job this does is the one nobody was ever going to be hired for: my own midnight. And the hours it returns go back into the land and the community, where the real jobs in local food actually get created.
AI mostly gets used for awful things. Why bring it here?
Because a tool this powerful is a neutral amplifier of intention, and fear shouldn't mean the extractive world gets it while the regenerative world goes without. We use it to build soil, not bombs: to track the numbers and patterns, to make small operations efficient enough to survive, and to see real impact clearly enough to scale it. More carbon in the ground, more land worked well, more food and medicine staying local. That is exactly the use case AI should exist for. And it runs under a covenant: nothing sends and no money moves without your okay, and your data is your data.
